Today I updated my draft with two more chapters for Avian and the Dragon. I updated the site so that each story is organized with its own separate page. Those pages can be accessed through the menu. Eventually, I will actually have content on those pages. Ha!
I’ve been working on these “Scene Drafts” for Avian and the Dragon (which is a working title by the way) and it’s because that’s how I write best. I’ve tried different methods to write my stories, but nothing felt right. As soon as I started writing the scenes out that kept playing in my mind I was actually able to communicate them on paper.
I do have a rough outline for each story concept but they are likely to change or be tweaked during the writing process because of my writing style. I like this though because it’s like I’m going on this adventure with my characters, which is fun.
I’ll be updating Avian more frequently than my other projects just because that is what I’m currently focused on. My mind does like to wonder, so when a story has my attention I try not to get distracted.
It’s taken me six months, but I’ve finally done it. I’ve finally posted to this website! The goal is to fill this site up with my story concepts, works in progress, and random blogs about the writing process. Why? I have no idea, other than it sounds fun.
